Drunken Chocolate Banana

  • Ingredients

    3 bananas

    5 children's bars

    Cinnamon

    sugar

Brown rum, I had the Don Papa rum

    Topping:

    Small marshmallows

    Brittle

    Berries

  • Preparation

Prepare the grill to 180 degrees indirect heat. Cut some peel away from the underside of the banana so that it stays neatly in the grill (and later in the plate).

I then cut a slit in the skin on the top of the banana, rolled it up and secured it with a skewer.

Then remove some of the flesh from the center and press the children's bar into the middle of the flesh.
press into the flesh. If you like, you can sprinkle the banana with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. However, I think that this is already sweet enough with the children's bar and the toppings.

Place the bananas on the grill. Leave them there until the chocolate has melted and the flesh has softened a little. For the adults, you can drizzle some rum or orange liqueur over them towards the end. This adds a delicious flavor nuance.

When the banana comes off the grill, simply decorate with any toppings you like. As written, you can use small marshmallows, colorful puffed rice, brittle, fruit.... In other words, anything colorful and tasty.

    Enjoy your meal!
