Lightly oil and salt the steak. Season the prawns with a little oil, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and the chopped garlic.
Set the Monolith to approx. 200°C, half direct and half indirect heat. Grill the steak until hot. As soon as the desired roasted flavors are created, place on the indirect side. Depending on the size, add the prawns after a few minutes. Cook both together until the desired cooking point is reached.
As soon as both are ready, cut the steak into slices, wrap each slice around a prawn and secure with a finger food skewer. Sprinkle with basil and serve. Enjoy your meal!
Tip:
If either the steak or the prawns are ready before the other, simply cover and leave to rest, then roast briefly over a direct heat at the end.
Aioli or a chimichurri sauce round off the taste experience perfectly.
