    90 g wheat flour

    1 sachet baking powder

    For chocolate cookies:

    2 tbsp cocoa

    100 g dark chocolate, chopped

    As topping, dark chocolate, chopped

    Other options:

    1 tbsp cranberries

    1 tbsp macadamia, lightly chopped

Chopped white chocolate as a topping

  • Preparation

Barbecuing with family and friends on warm summer evenings, sitting together, enjoying the many delicacies, talking and laughing - what could be better? We love it! To round off the evening even better, a little dessert is the perfect accompaniment. We recommend the vegan cookies on the Monolith by Florian Zorn. It's that simple:

Cut out baking paper the size of a pizza stone. Set the Monolith to 180°C, indirect heat.

Mix the coconut oil, brown sugar and plant milk well.
Mix the flour, cornflour and baking powder together, add to the mixture and knead well. At this point, mix in the desired ingredients.

Using a tablespoon, spread 5-6 mounds of dough (maximum half of the dough) evenly on the baking paper and bake on the hot pizza stone for approx. 13 minutes.

2 minutes before the end, spread the chopped chocolate over the cookies.

    Enjoy your meal!
